CNET: The Computer Network has named Douglas N. Woodrum as its new chief financial officer. Woodrum, a former CFO and executive vice president with Dallas-based Heritage Media, will replace Shelby Bonnie, who will remain chief operating officer. Woodrum was a founder of Heritage Media, a targeted marketing services company, which was sold to News Corporation last August for $1.4 billion.
