Short Take: Citrix named in class action suit

is facing a class-action lawsuit charging the company with misrepresentation and omission of information regarding its products and also its relationship with Microsoft. The suit alleges that Citrix withheld its knowledge that Microsoft was developing products which would compete with those of Citrix and reduce or eliminate Microsoft's need for Citrix's products. The suit was filed in United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
