Networking software company Cisco Systems will launch a multimillion-dollar television advertising campaign August 24 to expand its name recognition and broaden its customer base. The 30- and 60-second ads will air in several top U.S. markets and later will run in Canada. The campaign was created by Goldberg Moser O'Neill, a San Francisco-based ad agency.
