Cirrus Logic has sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Nuera Communications, to HarbourVest Partners in a $21 million cash deal. Cirrus spun off Nuera, which specializes in voice- and data-integration systems for networking customers, in order to focus on its core area of system-level integrated circuits.
