Short Take: Cascade guarantees switching hardware

Cascade Communications has decided to offer Quality of Service guarantees for its Frame Relay switching hardware through a software tool called Priority Frame. Priority Frame will be available by midyear at no charge as part of Cascade's B-STDX 8000 and 9000 system software.
