Short Take: CA ships BizWorks beta

Computer Associates' InterBiz division is shipping the beta version of software that lets businesses collaborate over the Web. The software, called the BizWorks framework, connects companies with their suppliers and partners and uses CA's 3D visualization and "Neugent" software, which can analyze information and suggest business strategies to companies. The InterBiz division combines what was formerly CA's five separate business units--Acacia Technologies, ACCPAC International, MK Group, Portico, and Prestige Software International.
