Short Take: C-Span broadcasts State of the Union

C-Span Multimedia Online will offer a live audiocast of President Clinton's State of the Union Address, as well as the Republican response, on February 4th. C-Span will also post transcripts of State of the Union speeches given by second-term presidents Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower, Richard Nixon, and Ronald Reagan.
