Short Take: Billing Concepts wins $15 million IBM deal

IBM's Global Services awarded Billing Concepts a five-year, $15 million contract. Under the terms of the contract, Billing Concepts will provide IBM facilities management services, including systems operations and technical support services. In addition, the company will provide IBM with a staff to support the licensed Modular Business Applications software. Billing Concept is a third-party provider of billing clearinghouse and information services to the telecommunications industry.
