Short Take: Barnesandnoble.com to open new distribution center

Barnesandnoble.com announced yesterday that they will be opening a 380,000 square foot distribution center in Memphis, Tennessee, in the spring of 2000. According to the company, the facility will carry more than 1 million titles and will employ more than 600 people.
