AvantGo, a company that allows people to download Web sites onto their handheld computers, said Monday it will provide its services to the 50 incoming Republican senators and their staff members. San Mateo, Calif.-based AvantGo, which offers its service free to consumers, also sells customized content to businesses. The senators will have access to policy papers, the Republican Party intranet and Capitol Hill events.
