Short Take: ATC announces service contracts

ATC Communcations of Dallas announced that it signed service contracts with America Online for inbound calls and customer service, BellSouth for inbound and outbound services, and Visa Interactive, a joint venture between Visa and Microsoft, for online banking customer support.
