ARI Network Services provider of Internet-enabled e-commerce services, has completed its previously announced acquisition of Empart Technologies, a Foster City, California-based developer of software for electronic-parts catalogs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is the company's
second in the past 12 months.
