Short Take: AOL exec joins Oxygen's board

Barry Schuler, president of America Online's interactive services group, has joined Oxygen Media's board of directors, Oxygen CEO Geraldine Laybourne said in a statement. At AOL, Schuler oversees the company's online services unit, which includes the flagship AOL service, CompuServe, Netscape and AOL Devices. Schuler joins Laybourne, Oprah Winfrey, Marcy Carsey and others on Oxygen's board.
