Short Take: Another Baan executive exits

Yet another executive has left financially struggling Dutch business software maker Baan. David McKay, Baan's former vice president of product marketing, has joined workforce management software vendor Vivant! as the company's vice president of marketing. Formerly, McKay worked at Aurum Software, a division of Baan, specializing in customer relationship management software. He also held a number of management positions at Xerox.
