Anonymizer has
launched the Kosovo Privacy Project to secure Net communication from the
region, where the conflict between Yugoslav security forces and ethnic
Albanians has intensified in the wake of NATO bombings. "Encrypted and
anonymous communication is very important for human rights activists, and
for anyone who needs to denounce violations of human rights committed by
repressive regimes." said Patrick Ball, deputy director of the American
Association for the Advancement of Science and Human Rights program.
