Short Take: Andromedia, LikeMinds merge

Web site tracking software firm Andromedia will merge with LikeMinds, an Internet personalization software firm spun off in March 1997 from O'Reilly & Associates. The merged companies, to be called Andromedia, aim to provide personalization software for e-commerce sites. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. LikeMinds chairman Tim O'Reilly will join Andromedia's board.
