Amazon is opening a new 800,000-square-foot distribution center near Atlanta, Georgia, the fifth such center it has announced this year. Previously, the company announced that it was opening two distribution centers in Kentucky, one in Kansas and one in Nevada. The new facilities join ones already opened in Seattle and Delaware.
