Internet professional services firm Agency.com announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell its common stock in an initial public offering. Founded in 1995, the New York-based company focuses on Internet technologies for such clients as British Airways, Compaq, and Texaco. The shares are being offered through Goldman Sachs, Salomon Smith Barney, and Hambrecht & Quist. The number of shares expected to be offered and the share price were not disclosed.
