Web consulting and design firm Agency.com has partnered with Phone.com to help businesses develop their wireless strategies. As part of the alliance, Agency.com will have access to Phone.com's tools and software, which deliver the Internet to mobile devices. Like its rivals in the Web consulting market, Agency.com has been busy bulking up its wireless division to on a sector expected to explode in the next few years.
