Administaff, a professional employer organization, announced today that Michael W. Brown, former CFO of Microsoft and current chairman of the Nasdaq board of governors, has been elected to its board of directors. Brown, who spent 18 years at Deloitte & Touche before joining Microsoft, remains an executive with the software giant until year-end. Brown is also a director of Wang Laboratories and Citrix Systems.
