Acer America, fresh from cutting prices on select models in its Extensa notebook line, unleashed the Extensa 670 today, a 166-MHz Pentium notebook. Complete with 16 or 32MB of EDO RAM and a 12.1-inch screen, the machine's estimated street price ranges from $2,799 to $3,499, depending on configuration. Acer acquired the Extensa line from Texas Instruments.
