Short Take: Accounting giant in Web portal pact

Big Five consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers has formed a Web portal pact with corporate portal software maker Plumtree Software. Under the deal, consultants at PricewaterhouseCoopers will integrate enterprise applications and Internet services using Plumtree's portal software. PricewaterhouseCoopers' consultants will receive training on designing, implementing and maintaining Plumtree portal applications, the companies said. Some of Plumtree's existing clients include IBM and front office software maker Onyx. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
