Short Take: A.G. Edwards downgrades MediaOne

Investment bank A.G. Edwards downgraded its recommendation on MediaOne Group to a "maintain" rating from "accumulate" based on "price considerations." Stock in MediaOne, a cable television operator and partner in the Road Runner high-speed Net access service, fell nearly 1 percent to close at 61.5. Shares have traded as high as 63 and as low as 33.4375 in the past 52 weeks.
