Short Take: 3Dlabs and Texas Instruments settle suit

3Dlabs and Texas Instruments have settled a lawsuit and are expanding their relationship to bring to market products using Permedia graphics chips made by TI. 3Dlabs filed the suit in February alleging that TI had disseminated 3Dlabs' trade secrets. Settlement terms were not disclosed.
