3Com and Nokia has invested in Internet start-up FusionOne, maker of software that synchronizes data between PCs and handheld devices, such as PalmPilots and cell phones. In total, FusionOne secured $7.4 million in its second round of financing. El Dorado Ventures and private investors joined 3Com and Nokia in funding the start-up.
