Short: Sykes bought Diagsoft

Sykes Enterprises (SEi), provider of computer-related outsourcing services, announced it has purchased DiagSoft, provider of diagnostic tools, in exchange for 675,000 shares of SEi common stock. SEi's president said the acquistion will boost their support capabilities and lower customer costs.
