Short: Restrac to beta test Recruiting Workbench

Restrac announced that it will begin beta testing Recruiting Workbench for Managers this fall. The add-on to Restrac Hire staffing systems is designed to let managers open requisitions, review resumes, and submit offers from their desktop computers, the company said. The product will be supported by Lotus Notes and several Web browsers, and will seek to reduce hiring time frames. Restrac said it expects to start installing the product by the first quarter of next year.
