Short: Rainbow acquires Software Security shares

Rainbow Technologies announced that it has acquired all the outstanding shares of Software Security of Darien, Connecticut, and its subsidiary Software Security International of the United Kingdom, for 341,000 shares of Rainbow common stock. The transaction will be accounted for as a pooling of interests.
