Short: Oracle to build East Coast office

Oracle said Wednesday it will build a multimillion dollar facility in Virginia, marking the largest plant outside its California headquarters. The $45 million site will serve as its East Coast headquarters and the first phase of the campus facility will open in 1998, the Associated Press reported.
