Citadel Computer Systems announced it will acquire notebook-style utility software TabWorks from XSoft, a Xerox company. TabWorks allows users to organize work by project, function, or date. As part of the agreement, Citadel will offer free upgrades to all existing TabWorks users. TabWorks costs $49.
