Yesterday we asked for confirmation of an issue where Sherlock doesn't show channels after applying the recent Security Update. We've since received a number of reports of this problem; however, some of those users experiencing the problem haven't yet applied the Security Update, indicating a more general issue.
We also received a number of similar suggestions for a solution: Several readers have noted that they fixed the problem by quitting Sherlock, deleting the Sherlock preference file (~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Sherlock.plist), and then relaunching Sherlock.
