Seranoa Networks brings in $15.8 million

Seranoa Networks announced Monday that it received a $15.8 million first round of funding. Investors St. Paul Ventures, YankeeTek Ventures, Advent International, FA Technology Ventures and Schoffstall Ventures participated in the round. Concord, Mass.-based Seranoa develops networking devices designed to allow companies to increase their IP (Internet Protocol) services capacity and performance via their existing equipment.
