Like many of you out there, I'm still trying to process everything that happenedfor the fifth season of "Game of Thrones." The ending, which sees a major character meet his violent demise, was particularly jarring, and it seems I was far from alone in feeling that.
A few videos uploaded to YouTube on Monday show exactly what it was like to watch that final scene unfold. In the first clip, viewers gather at The Burlington bar in Chicago, as they do every week, and a cameraman captures the gasps and groans as Jon Snow gets betrayed by members of the Night's Watch.
For the other video, several people upload their own reaction clips to the horrific scene, complete with women crying and f-bombs being thrown pretty frequently as Jon Snow fans try to make sense of his death. It's a death that will never really make sense and (maybe?) brings to an end of how the "Game of Thrones" will play out.
You can watch the videos at the top and bottom of this post. It won't make what happened any easier, but at least you'll be assured that you're not alone as "Game of Thrones" fans head into the long winter ahead. Season six is expected to air in the spring of 2016.
