Sanyo may be the underdog cell phone company behind big names such as Motorola and Nokia, but that hasn't stopped it from earning the highest overall score from a J.D. Power and Associates 2006 Wireless Mobile Phone Evaluation study yesterday. This makes Sanyo the first wireless manufacturer to earn this accolade three times in a row. According to the study, Sanyo earned top marks for overall satisfaction from customers in terms of physical design, operation, and features. It just goes to show you that the trendiest phones aren't always the ones with the highest customer satisfaction.
