Samsung snipes at Apple users and all their cables

Technically Incorrect: A new ad for the Galaxy S6 Edge says that living your life with all those white charging cables is no fun.

Technically Incorrect offers a slightly twisted take on the tech that's taken over our lives.

You must have seen these people in airport lounges or, dare I say it, Starbucks.

They have all these white cables that they pull out of their bags. And then the unbundling begins.

Samsung would like Apple users to know that, well, they look funny. In the meaning of "funny in the head."

In a new ad, it makes the blessedly simply point that the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge have built-in charging capability, which means you will go through your life looking less silly.

It's a very powerful message, one that so many product manufacturers have used for decades: Buy our product and you won't look like quite so much of a half-wit.

This ad serves as a companion for an effort last year that described Apple users as "wall huggers."

This, for those on the Samsung side, might be refreshing. For a little while, Apple has hogged the headlines, while Samsung has offered troubled results.

Some might wonder, though, that if you travel, you still have to carry your Samsung charger with you. But perhaps that's less of a burden.

There's no doubt that one of the biggest complaints iPhone users have always had is battery life. I think I'll contact Taylor Swift to see if she can do something about it.
