Samsung's Galaxy S4 is expected to be upon us in just a couple of weeks, and here's a fresh rumour to toss on the pyre. The handset will come in black and white colours, and with either 16GB, 32GB or 64GB storage, according to an insider who's been whispering secrets to SamMobile.

The S4's predecessor -- the multi-million-selling superstar that is the Galaxy S3 -- comes in white, black or blue, so it's not much of a stretch to imagine the S4 in just two tones. You'll have a job finding a 64GB S3 round these parts though: it was delayed at first, and some retailers pulled out of stocking it due to a lack of demand.

Samsung's Galaxy handsets come with a microSD card slot, so you can bulk up a lower-capacity model. And with plenty of free storage in the cloud, and services like Spotify making it easier to carry fewer files on your mobile, some would question whether anyone really needs a 64GB phone.

Samsung is set to unveil the S4 on 14 March. It's even sent out invites to a public event in New York City's Times Square, from where I'm guessing it'll stream the launch live. Or you could just stay at home and join us for the live blog, of course. It'll be a damn sight cheaper than flying to America, for one thing.

The handset is expected to have a 5-inch 1080p display, a 13-megapixel camera, 2GB of RAM, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.7GHz. Regardless of the specs, this is guaranteed to be huge news, and you can bet it'll sell like pints on payday. Samsung already dominates the UK mobile market, and has massive marketing might. The fact its phones are pretty awesome doesn't hurt, either.

Are you looking forward to the S4? Which version would you opt for? Let me know in the comments, or on Facebook.
