Rumor: Xbox 360 to sport HDMI port?

Xbox-Scene reports receiving a tip--from someone who has seen it with their very own eyes--that a version of Microsoft Xbox 360 in the works has a motherboard equipped with a High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) port.
The post asks a lot questions: Will it come on all versions or just the top-of-the-line model? Does this hint at an HD-DVD drive? And, of course, will this ever actually come to fruition?
