There's not a lot to go on, as per previous teaser campaigns from Rovio, but we do know that ,based on images from the Facebook page, there will be a lot of pigs. Like, hundreds. And that there will be no slingshots in the game, at all.

A press release from Rovio gave away only that the game intends to provide a perspective from the other side.

Petri Järvilehto, EVP Games at Rovio, said that, "There's so much more to these pigs than what is seen in the Angry Birds games, and Bad Piggies is the first glimpse into what's going on in the imaginative and ingenious minds of the pigs."

We think it would be amazing if Rovio could somehow create a multiplayer experience across the two titles, so that users could play the games against each other, but that's probably not going to happen.

The game will be available across multiple platforms: Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Windows 8, PC and Mac.
