Round gadget Runcible looks for crowdfunding cash (Tomorrow Daily 382 show notes)

We've seen Runcible around for the past year, and now, the company is taking to Indiegogo for funding.

Olli is an autonomous shuttle testing its limits in Washington, DC, and we're curious to see if it's successful. Olli can be 3D printed and assembled in around 11 hours, and it's ready to start helping urban citizens get around town. Is this the future of urban transportation?

We're also fascinated by Runcible, a circular device its creators call an "anti-smartphone." Designed to never interrupt you or otherwise distract you from your everyday life, Runcible is an odd yet compelling alternative to more traditional smartphones.
