Road Trip Pic of the Day, 6/30: What is this?

Update (Wednesday, 7:50 p.m. Pacific): The answer--which 144 people got--is the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, formerly known as the Old Executive Office Building, next to the White House, in Washington, D.C. Please tune in for tomorrow's challenge.

How many windows can one building have? Maybe they are there to bring in some sun, you know, to counteract the serious greenish-gray color. Either way, if you know where this building is and where it is located, you could win a prize in the CNET Road Trip Picture of the Day Challenge.
