RIAA overstepped its bounds

In response to the February 7 news story by Declan McCullagh, "Labels battle to hold onto DMCA win":

The story you wrote on the RIAA and Kazaa is very interesting. In my opinion, the RIAA has too much power and has overstepped its bounds. For them to tell me what I can and can't download is an invasion of my privacy and individual rights. If they tried this against me, I would have a class action lawsuit against them.
