Which of the 20 most popular U.S. Web sites has been down the most so far this year? Google-owned Blogger.com was down the most, at 4 hours, 47 minutes, followed closely by another Google property--YouTube--which was down 4 hours, 44 minutes, according to a report by Pingdom, a company that monitors uptime of Web sites.

Yahoo had 100 percent uptime, while Google itself was logged as having been down for 7 minutes.

"Microsoft sites had pretty hefty downtime as well," Om Malik wrote on his GigaOm blog. "Big surprise in the list Comcast.com--which is now the #17 ranked site on Alexa--and it had only 3 minutes downtime."
