Streaming media company RealNetworks says its RealPlayer GoldPass service has hit more than 150,000 subscribers. The service, which was launched about five months ago and costs $9.95 per month, offers audio and video content, software, and games. Seattle-based RealNetworks is known for its streaming products such as RealPlayer, which lets people stream music and video files. The company has been working to supplement its offerings with promotions such as a deal with the National Basketball Association.
