Razer Abyssus aims for simplicity

The Abyssus hails back to a time when a mouse was just a mouse, with two buttons and a scroll. However, under the hood it's all 2009 technology with a 3,500dpi infrared sensor, on-the-fly sensitivity adjustment, and 1ms response rate.

Raise your hand if you find that gaming mouse designs are becoming increasingly complicated. Now raise both arms if you think any more than three mouse buttons on a mouse are redundant. If both hands are up in the air, you are a prime candidate for the Razer Abyssus.

The Abyssus hails back to a time when a mouse was just a mouse, with two buttons and a scroll. However, under the hood it's all 2009 technology with a 3,500dpi infrared sensor, on-the-fly sensitivity adjustment, and 1ms response rate. The Razer Abyssus will be available worldwide in time for the holiday season for $49.99.
