ProactiveNet announced on Tuesday it closed a $15 million fourth round of funding, led by Wit SoundView Ventures. Other investors included Sun Microsystems. Alviso, Calif.-based ProactiveNet has developed software to analyze and identify where problems occur on a Web site or with applications. The company has raised a total of $50 million, a company spokesman said.
