The app Peeple pitches itself as a Yelp for people, letting anyone rank and review someone based on how good they are personally, professionally, and romantically. Anyone can post a review of you, whether you join the app or not, and you can't delete negative comments about yourself. A month before it's launch, the app is stirring up resentment with critics that say this will do more harm than good:
