Xybernaut, which specializes in wearable computers, released on Tuesday a portable flat-panel screen with an embedded Windows CE computer.

The Atigo M weighs 1.8 pounds and comes with an 8.4-inch screen, 400MHz Xscale processor from Intel, 128MB of memory, and Wi-Fi networking. The computer, which starts at $1,795, is targeted at industrial buyers such as railroads and delivery companies.
