PlayThru.hqx updated; fixes crashing bug

Regarding PlayThru.hqx, mentioned last time, Shawn Platkus writes: "A function call that was for experimental purposes remained in the final version, and the application will cause the Mac to crash with a Type 1 error if the Sound Input Device is in use by another application. Version 2.0 of PlayThru, PlayThru.v2.hqx, fixes this and is now on my ftp site."
