Pivotal releases management package
The company is rolling out the latest release of its customer management software system.
Called Pivotal Relationship 98, the package is for medium-sized companies and is designed to work with Microsoft's Outlook back office task and contact manager application.
The package includes Pivotal SyncStream for Microsoft Outlook for merging contact information in Pivotal with scheduling capabilities in Outlook, enhanced territory management features, team selling functionality, the ability to graphically display relationships among contacts, training wizards, enhanced customization tools, and a new rapid implementation program.
Pivotal Relationship 98 costs $1,700 per user which includes server licensing and components for sales, marketing, customer support, orders, and telemarketing.
