Pac Bell gets heat over ISDN rate hike

Pacific Bell's proposed ISDN rate hike has consumer David C. Barry fighting mad. But he's fighting in the time-honored Internet way: online.

Barry has launched a Web site to rally support against the increase, which could result in a significant rate hike for most of Pacific Bell's customers who use ISDN to connect to the Internet.

Barry's site includes information about the proposed hike, including Pacific Bell's argument in favor and offers visitors a chance to sign up for email updates on the issue.
